The price of your model depends mostly on the manufacturer (level of detail) and it's rarity (production numbers, limited editions, special promo models, etc. you get the point). It can go from 10-20 € if it's a "normal" model from Bburago (some models from the late 1980 will cost also around 100 € with original box for example), the price is even higher if it was made by Revell (diecast), the most expensive model in this scale are made by Franklin mint; you'll get between 50-300 or more € ! Top of the line is a crystal glass and 24k gold plated 300 SL model also from Franklin Mint that goes for 1500 and more easily

Next time send me some pictures or name the manufacturer, you'll get much clearer answer,
